Hotel Booking Process
Reservations with the hotel will be handled by the organizers. 

Guests interested in staying at the conference hotel, should check the hotel reservation bullet in the online reservation form. The organizing will further contact you to get all necessary details.

Airport shuttle:

The hotel can provide airport transfer from/to Sofia Airport. The price is 65 EUR (130 EUR return transfer), for up to 3 guests at a time. Must be requested and confirmed by the hotel in advance.

Guests can also take a taxi from/to the airport. The hotel is situated in the very heart of the city. The price from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15 EUR.
